Munro je rekao: amerika amerikancima, u zadnjih 20-30 god bilo je svijet amerikancima a sad je ajd da se dogovorimo kome šta.Sa rusima i muslimanima i sa kinom podijelite svijet pa da završimo s tim. Ionako isto razmišljate i isto radite.

Ted Galen Carpenter speaks rubbish when he doesn't condemn American interference in practically any area of Russian interest. To even talk about some Monroe Doctrine when America keeps expanding its military bases, is a preposterous hypocrisy. When he writes something like:
"Chavez may be an odious, authoritarian thug.."
(odious to whom when an enormous majority elect him repeatedly?)
this disqualify him completely from being a serious analyst. United States is full of these pseudo-objective observers who are very much imbedded with the official thinking- despite some superficial appearances.

Šta ovo znači:
Chavez needs to know that his current course could lead to a regime-ending event.
Ovo se u mom selu ne zove autorski stav već pretnja.
Da je Homen na mestu Hilari Klinton, verovatno bi tražio da se autor teksta uhapsi.
Hehe, baš bih voleo da vidim jadni "Otpor" u Venecueli.
Izlgeda da će ona ekipica kojoj je zabranjen ulaz u Rusiju isto dobiti i u Venecueli.

Why would even Russia feel obliged to reciprocate? For what?
USof A finally realized they can/should not do something that shouldn’t even been conceived in the first place. Now , they what something in return ? Funny business , indeed.
In this new emerging world, there is no such thing as “my sphere of influence” . The same way USA is minding in Georgia or Ukraine so is Russian in Latin America.
“Catch me if you can” approach, no more the international law or even a discrete respect for each other’s backyards.
Just go and do it. It is the way USA taught us , so the world is now doing so.

Petre, mnogo ste oštri prema gospodinu. Život u Americi nije lak, nije svako ni sposoban za sve, ali opet mora da živi od nečega i dovija se kako zna. Pa šta bi on sa pokazanim sposobnostima i stavom ("And Moscow needs to be told...") mogao da radi, osim da podilazi takvima kakav je i sam ili još gorima? A ovaj tekst je upravo takvima namenjen.
Meni je interesantno kako su oni godinama tvrdili da štit nema ništa sa Rusijom, ali sada bez pardona zahtevaju ustupke po celom svetu što su od toga odustali. Nije valjda da je Kondoliza i cela administracija godinama lagala?

Oni jednostavno misle da su nepogrešivi u svojoj kategorizaciji država i režima. Njima je, npr. Boris Tadić demokrata, iako ga izabralo jedva 15% od ukupnog broja Srba uz raznorazne matematičke mahinacije, ili Šakašvili za koji razara gradove kako mu se hoće, a s druge strane Čavez je "tiranin i probisvet", iako ga ogromna većina građana Venecuela podržava i nikome ništa nažao nije učinio.
Arogancija je uništila i mnogo jača carstva, a hegemonija SAD se urušila kao kula od karata u augustu 2008.

I completely agree with Mr Knob. Now that the Hegmon is out of breath they think that the world owes them a break! Did they give Russians a break in the early 90s? Don't think so! Not even to mention the Serbs.
And that reciprocal business they are talking about, didn't Russia first give them a permission to fly over it on their way to Afghanistan?
