Author continue to treat word outside USA, as amorphous mobs without capability to calculate 2+2. World knows that USA brought all dictators (some of them turned to be even criminals) on top, at least, last century. Knowing clearly that dictatorship is not equal to democracy, people is fully aware that USA verbal "cries for democracy, are false. Thus, how we could thrust you. [By the way, Indonesian people on low level communities, have long time established own rules - democracy, functioning quite well for centuries.

People all over the world, clearly understand USA supporting "scheme" - ruler/dictator from armed forces is "best"-t purchase (continually)expensive and armament (+ well marked up-enough for buyer's and seller's side cash & illegal money) keeping

[USA supported Saddam Husein, but also pushed Iraq and Iran in war, selling "goods" to both sides (like in WWI).
In WWII, USA first encouraged Hitler, than entered "coalition" (pretended) with USSR, led by Stalin. Delay (breaking even written-signed contracts)to establish western front, invasion of Italy, led to USSR terrible bleeding (4 x more victims than Germany & not comparable to USA losses-1/2m.) occupation of Italy, support of military figure-De Gaul in France, and establishing special-terrorist organization "GLADIO" in Europe(still existing). USA - "world leader in democracy", saved than so many Nazi leaders, enabling thousands war criminals (among ~ 50000 Germans) to enter and find shelter.
WWII did not end, when "cold war" had started.
Even "dead corps did not cooled down" USA invited and accepted Germany in NATO.
Twenty years after USSR-"threat to free world" collapse, NATO is still growing and USA are visibly present on the European territories.

In the cases of number "democratizing changes", USA used bribe (only 108 million $ for small Serbia 2000) new "leaders" (already observed, selected, indoctrinated, ...)to bring "USA democracy".
There is no way today, to convince poor people, that bribe is proper-legal mean to establish healthy & capable system to govern any country (especially being aware that good portion of bribing funds, had to be returned to the pockets of "donators" without "receipt").
The fact that USA official reacted "clumsy" after "fire", started in Tunisia, broke in Egypt and other Arabic countries, does not mean "total loss of grip" by those, "governing governor".
[So many "spontaneous demonstrations" turned to be paid & controlled (known price & agencies, specialized for demonstration organization, preparation of provocateurs, ...]
Millions of poor people in Arabic countries are unhappy and angry, but being "pushed", not organized, instead improvement, they will get "Savior"
